Founded in 2008 by Brian Boyer, Rostra has one goal in mind: developing the best political campaign websites with a focus on the voter. Rostra has positioned itself to provide all around solutions for campaigning online, from design to hosting to implementation. We are dedicated to serving our customer needs. Rostra feels that it sets itself apart by developing websites that can be easily managed and edited by anyone with just a little experience using computers. We want to put you in charge of your website. In September of 2008, Rostra was been aquired by Web Pyro LLC and was kept as a separt division.  Boyer is still running Rostra, but now has all of the powerful resources Web Pyro uses.  Drawing from our experiences from previous projects and work on campaigns, Rostra feels it is the best choice for political web solutions.

Boyer first gained experience as a web developer for The Ohio State University where he followed a passion for technology and its application. After quickly reinforcing his programming skills and earning the respect of his superiors, Boyer began to branch out into his other passion, politics. Boyer soon teamed up with State Senator Ron Amstutz as the Senator's webmaster. Boyer's first objective was to begin developing a new campaign website from the ground up. After working closely with the Senator, a new website was born which gave Sen. Amstutz's campaign committee complete and direct control over content. With the project being such a great success, Boyer took his experiences, both programming and political, and formed Rostra Political Web Design, LLC. Boyer later partnered with David Lohnes to form Web Pyro LLC which later aquired Rostra.  Boyer is currently working on a Bachelor of Science in Business degree at Miami University of Ohio.
